Ohio Trip : Hinckley

We went to Ohio on October 8th.  Cole had a lot of fun blowing dandelions.
Trying to nap on top of Yogi.
 Giving me lovely yellow flowers.
Laughing at the wooley bears with Grandma.
 Snuggling.

 Walking in the park.
And playing trains with Uncle Chris.
We got together with my friend Mary and her girls, Ava and Eva, at her parent's house.

Mary's mom showed Ava and Cole how to play the dulcimer and autoharp.

Cole got a doctor kit from Grandpa and Grandma.

He played outside with my parent's neighbor's grandchildren.
Fed birds and squirrels with my Aunt Gloria at her house.

Fed ducks and Aunt Gloria and Uncle Doug's house (so hard to believe they live in a neighborhood and have such a nice little creek).
 We saw some fall color!

And played in it with Mommy and Grandma.

 We went to the zoo.

 Cole liked the train best.

 And the goats.

We were going to ride a train but the tickets were sold out.  Isn't this a pretty view.
This is in a national park.  All I did was turn 180 degrees from my previous image and this cool bridge is what was ahead.  Cole was fussy so we went home instead of going for a walk.  He had awoken at 4am that day for some weird reason.
After his nap he woke up to a train.  This is his early Christmas gift from my parents and brother.

A real train.  He was very excited.
 And played with it
 all. day.
All day the rest of the day when he got it and all day Saturday.

He mainly wanted to just roll the trains with his hands along the tracks, but he would let it run for a little while.

Cole watches Donald Duck in Hinckley with Grandpa and Uncle Chris.  He thinks it is hilarious.
