Cole: Mommy, can you put on some God songs?
Me: *melting heart after a stressful day* Yes, we can arrange that.
Cole is currently singing to the Revelation Song by Phillips Craig and Dean . He is asking some rather big questions lately and it makes my heart happy.

Artwork and Outside Time
Cole drew this today of him and his sister (she has the longer hair) fishing. It was very sweet. He caught a jellyfish, of course. The
drawing of him in crayon was made in Sunday school so he decided he
needed to add more to the scene when he was home with markers!
Yesterday Cole drew us as a family. I am on the right, then Cole, then Daddy, then Katie.
We blew bubbles...it was so nice out yesterday! And just before an ice storm is heading our way!
Cole's' Valentine he made at home. He did a great job drawing a monkey!

Zoo
Our friends met us at the zoo today for some beautiful weather and fun animals. Cole thoroughly loved it and would have done the entire zoo, but my feet were too in pain by the time we made it around the sea lions. So, we skipped the aquatic life (yes, it would have been his favorite) and moved on toward the front. He has been assured after his sister arrives we will do another zoo trip with her in tow.

Artist
Cole loves to draw! I love how he took the initiative to find books with things he likes in them and draw pictures from it! His art skills are a completely unexpected talent. I loved drawing and art as a child so it brings me a special joy.
His grandparents got him a paint by numbers for Valentine's Day. I coached him some, but he did awesome!

Katie's Room
The balls are from the shower. So pretty!
Jonathan refinished both of these pieces. They look awesome!
Her closet with the changing table from our sweet neighbors across the street to use as shelving.
